Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect contact details, property details and notes that you submit through our commission and partnership forms.

2. How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, create commissioned films, deliver previews and final assets, and prepare partnership proposals. We do not sell your information.

3. Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage. Enquiry records should be deleted after 90 days unless an ongoing partnership or legal requirement requires longer retention.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing legal@cinematicestate.com.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Cinématic Estate creates cinematic property films from professional listing photography supplied by you, combining AI-assisted motion with human editorial review.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your photographs. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to use them only to create and deliver the commissioned work.

3. Your confirmation

You confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission from the rights holder and that the content does not infringe third-party rights.
